Do what makes you feel happy, and be mindful of others when you do so!
Today I am going to do what makes me feel happy! On the top of the list is a hot bath filled with Epsom salts to help reduce the swelling of my ankle. Then a bit of pampering in the bathroom. A light spray of my favorite perfume. Donning comfy clothes. Enjoying the warm temperatures outside. Getting a few chores done. Reading my book and then taking a long nap! Maybe watch an episode of “Game of Thrones.”
