Be happy!

We often spend our precious minutes in anger, worry, hurt, and more. We can make better use of these moments. The amount of energy that we expend being angry, worried, hurt…et al…could be better used in moments of joy, love and happiness. So for today, turn those feelings around and be happy!

  1. Anger does have its place, though at times, Jane. When we stuff our feelings, this too causes dis-ease. Staying angry? No. That causes dis-ease too. Balance is the key to health. HOPE you are doing good! Love, Amy
