Did you know that spending time with friends has health benefits? It does! Companionship of friends can help boost one’s self esteem, reduces depression, and gives one moral support! Having good friends helps one to live longer too! Friends can help you deal with stress. And, studies have found that having lots of friends can reduce issues with the cardiovascular system, and the immune system!
